Privacy Policy
In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, BHLAW (Law Firm Bun Hwa) establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company may process personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act shall be implemented.
1. Website Membership Registration and Management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership registration intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership status, identity verification under the limited identification system, preventing unauthorized use of services, confirming parental consent for processing personal information of children under 14, various notices and notifications, and handling grievances.
2. Provision of Goods or Services
Personal information is processed for the purposes of delivering goods, providing services, sending contracts and invoices, providing content, providing customized services, identity verification, age verification, payment and settlement of fees, and debt collection.
3. Grievance Handling
Personal information is processed for the purposes of verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming the details of the complaint, contacting and notifying for fact-finding investigations, and notifying the results of the handling.
Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information)
- ①The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information as prescribed by law or within the period of retention and use of personal information consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

Until withdrawal from the business/organization website

1. Destruction Procedure
The Company selects personal information for which the reason for destruction has occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the Company's personal information protection officer.
2. Destruction Method
Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format is destroyed using methods such as Low Level Format to make the records irreproducible, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 4 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)
