Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the BHLAW website and the operation thereof.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the terms and conditions for the use and operation of the services provided by the "BHLAW Website" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- ①Member: A person who has agreed to the Terms of the Site, provided personal information for membership registration, concluded a service agreement with the Site, and uses the Site.
- ②Service Agreement: An agreement concluded between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.
- ③Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
- ④Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify identity in association with the assigned ID and to protect the Member's interests.
- ⑤Operator: The operator who has established and operates the homepage for the service.
- ⑥Termination: The act of a Member canceling the service agreement.
Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)
The Operator may separately announce and notify operational policies when necessary. In case of overlap between these Terms and operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
- ①The service agreement is formed upon the Operator's approval of the application submitted by a person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Site, following such person's consent to the contents of these Terms.
- ②A person who wishes to register as a Member and use the services shall express consent to these Terms by reading these Terms at the time of membership application and selecting "I Agree" below.
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
- ①A user who wishes to register as a Member and use the Site must provide all required information (user ID, password, nickname, etc.) requested by the Site.
- ②A Member who has registered using stolen or false information, rather than his or her own authentic information, may not assert any rights in relation to the use of the Site and may be subject to penalties under applicable laws.
Article 6 (Privacy Policy)
The Site and the Operator do not retain the password among the personal information provided during membership registration, and related matters follow the Site's Privacy Policy.
The Operator endeavors to protect Members' personal information, including registration information, in accordance with applicable laws.
The protection of Members' personal information shall be governed by applicable laws and the Privacy Policy established by the Site.
However, the Operator shall not be liable for any information exposed due to the Member's own negligence.
The Operator may disclose Member data and submit such data to relevant authorities upon request of such authorities, if a Member registers or distributes illegal postings that violate public morals or national security.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
- ①The Operator shall process opinions or complaints raised by Members as promptly as possible when deemed legitimate. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator shall make every effort to notify Members afterwards through notices, messages, or emails.
- ②The Operator may request the Site to repair or restore equipment without delay in the event of failure or loss, in order to provide continuous and stable service. However, the Site may temporarily suspend operations in case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances affecting the Site or Operator.
Article 8 (Obligations of Members)
- ①Members shall comply with matters stipulated in these Terms, all regulations, notices, and operational policies announced by the Operator and the Site, as well as applicable laws, and shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with the Site's operations or damages its reputation.
- ②Without the Site's explicit consent, Members may not transfer, donate, or provide as collateral their service use rights or any other contractual position to any third party.
- ③Users shall exercise due care in managing their ID and password, and shall not provide their ID to third parties for use without the consent of the Operator or the Site.
- ④Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or third parties.
Article 9 (Service Hours)
- ①In principle, services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical reasons. However, the Site may temporarily suspend services on designated dates or times for scheduled system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. Scheduled service suspensions will be announced in advance on the Site's homepage.

However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend services without prior notice in the following cases:
- - Urgent system maintenance, expansion, replacement, or malfunction
- - Force majeure such as national emergency, power outage, or natural disaster
- - When a key telecommunications carrier as defined by the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
- - When normal service use is impaired due to excessive service traffic
- ③In the case of service suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Site shall notify Members in advance through notices. However, where prior notice is impossible due to causes beyond the Site's control, post-notification shall substitute.
Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
- ①A Member wishing to terminate the service agreement with the Site must apply for deregistration online. The termination of the service agreement with the Site must be carried out separately from the termination of Site use.
- ②Upon application for termination, Site-related programs provided by the Site are automatically deleted from the Member management screen, and the Operator can no longer view the terminated Member's information.
Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)
Members shall not engage in any of the following acts. In the event of such acts, the Site may restrict the Member's service use, take lawful measures, terminate the service agreement, or suspend service for a specified period.
- ①Registering false information during or after membership registration
- ②Interfering with others' use of the Site or stealing their information
- ③Impersonating the Site's management, employees, or affiliates
- ④Infringing on the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties, or obstructing their business
- ⑤Unauthorized use of another Member's ID
- ⑥Collecting, storing, or disclosing another Member's personal information without consent
- ⑦Acts objectively deemed to be associated with criminal activity
- ⑧Other acts that violate applicable laws
Article 12 (Management of Posts)
- ①The Operator is responsible for managing and operating the posts and materials on the Site. The Operator shall continuously monitor inappropriate posts and materials, and upon discovering or receiving a report of such, shall delete the relevant posts and materials and warn the Member who registered them. Members are responsible for their own posts and shall not post content that violates these Terms.
- ②The Operator may delete or relocate posts without the Member's prior consent when a correction request is made by a public institution such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission.

The criteria for determining inappropriate posts are as follows:
- - Content that severely insults or damages the reputation of other Members or third parties
- - Content that disseminates or links to material that violates public order and morality
- - Content that promotes illegal copying or hacking
- - Advertisements for commercial purposes
- - Content objectively deemed to be associated with criminal activity
- - Content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties
- - Other content deemed to violate applicable laws
- ④The Site and Operator may temporarily suspend the posting (transmission) of content upon receiving a request to cease posting due to defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights from a third party, and shall comply with any litigation, settlement, or equivalent decision of relevant authorities between the requesting party and the poster that is filed with the Site.
Article 13 (Retention of Posts)
In the event that the Site Operator is compelled to discontinue the Site due to unavoidable circumstances, the Operator shall give prior notice to Members and make every effort to facilitate the migration of posts.
Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)
- ①The copyright of posts published by a Member on the Site belongs to that Member. The Site may not use such posts for commercial purposes without the poster's consent. However, this does not apply to non-commercial use, and the Site retains the right to publish such content within the service.
- ②Members may not commercially use any information obtained through the service, including processing and selling such information.
- ③The Operator may delete, relocate, or refuse to register content within the Site that a Member posts or registers, if deemed to fall under any of the items specified in Article 12, without prior notice.
Article 15 (Damages)
- ①The Member bears primary civil and criminal liability for all matters arising from the Site.
- ②No damages shall be compensated where the damage suffered by a Member from the Site was caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, or by the Member's own intent or negligence.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
- ①The Operator is exempt from liability for any loss resulting from a Member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the service or from the selection or use of service materials.
- ②The Operator is exempt from liability for disruptions caused by the service infrastructure of the Site or telecommunications services provided by other carriers. Damages related to the Site's service infrastructure shall be governed by the Site's Terms of Service.
- ③The Operator bears no liability whatsoever in connection with data stored, posted, or transmitted by Members.
- ④The Operator shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the Member's own negligence.
- ⑤The Operator shall not be liable for any activities between Members, or between Members and third parties, whether within or outside the service (including data transmission and other community activities).
- ⑥The Operator shall not be liable for the authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of data posted or transmitted by Members, or of any data available to Members through the Site.
- ⑦The Operator shall not be liable for any damage arising from transactions in goods between Members, or between Members and third parties, facilitated through the service.
- ⑧The Operator shall not be liable for any dispute arising between Members, or between Members and third parties, absent the Operator's own negligence.
- ⑨The Operator shall not be liable for Member damages arising from system failures occurring without intent or gross negligence during the management, inspection, maintenance, or replacement of servers and equipment or the operation of software, nor from system failures caused by third-party attacks, dissemination of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed by recognized domestic or international research institutions or security firms, or other force majeure events beyond the Operator's control.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect from February 8, 2026.
